However, it would appear that it's not just motorists tanked up on booze that are being targeted.

Popping into the WHT kitchen for a cuppa I spotted a message calling on drinkers to think "How many pints?", as it is easier than you think to be over the limit the morning after. Only thing is, the label was on the side of a milk bottle. Surely the good ol' British pinta isn't under threat?!
