Men charged over uni stabbing

THREE men have appeared before magistrates in connection with a stabbing at the University of Hertfordshire.

Two 21-year-olds were left hospitalised after the attack in the early hours of Wednesday, November 28 last year at the de Havilland campus in Hatfield.

Gabriel Mmieh, 20, of Acacia Road, Wood Green, London has been charged with affray and causing grievous bodily harm.

Lloyd Dairo, 18 of Trinder Road, Barnet, has been charged with affray.

Toheeb Adebayo, 18 of Brookfields, Enfield, has been charged with affray.

All three appeared before St Albans magistrates yesterday (Wednesday).

Mmieh was remanded into custody while Dario and Adebayo were bailed.

They all will appear at St Albans Crown Court on Monday, May 19.
