FUNERAL details for Mathew Blease have been announced by his family today.
The hugely popular teenager from WGC died suddenly last Friday.
Parents Karen and Steve have arranged the celebration of Mat's life at St John's Church Digswell in Monks Rise, WGC on Monday February 18.
Anyone who knew the Sir Frederic Osborn pupil is welcome from 11.30am, followed by a burial at Hatfield Hyde Cemetery, Hollybush Lane, WGC.
All are welcome at Panshanger Football Club at Moneyhole Park, off Sylvan Way, following the service.
The family have requested that mourners wear football shirts if they wish.
Family flowers only.
Donations can be made through funeral directors Warwick and Peters.
