A MAN was rushed to hospital following a crash in Hatfield this afternoon (Friday).
The collision, involving a car and a moped, happened at around 12.50pm in Bishops Rise.
A rapid response car from Hatfield and ambulance crew from Welwyn Garden City attended the scene, and it is understood the moped driver was taken to hospital.
Ambulance service spokesman Gary Sanderson said: “The man believed to be in his 20s received slight injuries, he was taken to the QE11 Hospital in Welwyn Garden for further care.”
A police spokeswoman said the vehicles involved were a Peugeot V-Clic Scooter and a beige Vauxhall Zafira.
