Man seriously injured in three-vehicle smash

A MAN has been taken to hospital by air ambulance with serious injuries after a three-vehicle smash this morning. A white Merecedes Sprinter van, a blue Honda Civic and a purple BMW were in collision at 9.25am today (Tuesday) on the A602 Ware Road at Watt

A MAN has been taken to hospital by air ambulance with serious injuries after a three-vehicle smash this morning.

A white Mercedes Sprinter van, a blue Honda Civic and a purple BMW were in collision at 9.25am today (Tuesday) on the A602 Ware Road at Watton-at-Stone.

The Honda driver was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge, where his condition is described as serious.

Firefighters had to cut out the van driver, a man, and the female BMW driver. They were taken to the Lister Hospital with minor injuries.
