A MAN is currently being held by police after 150 cannabis plants were seized from a house in WGC yesterday (Wednesday).
The 41-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cultivation of cannabis and possession of criminal property, after officers raided the property in Great Break.
The operation, which took place at around 6pm, followed reports of suspicious behaviour.
When officers entered the house they found that around 150 cannabis plants were being grown inside.
Scenes of crimes officers have visited the property and the plants have now been removed and will be destroyed.
