Between July 16 to July 28, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment in that he attended the victim’s address, called and texted the victim excessively.

He must take part in activity for up to 20 days as directed by a responsible officer.

Hughes must also carry out 100 hours of unpaid work.

The drug in question was delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol.

There was 6.9 microgrammes per litre of blood.
