James Sullivan: 35, of Hawkshead Road, Potters Bar.
Drove a Renault Megane in Queensway on June 5 last year without reasonable consideration for other people using the road.
Sullivan was seen accelerating away from a police vehicle and entering a roundabout at speed without giving way to other road users.
The defendant appeared to be driving erratically with sharp steering movements and excess speed.
Banned from driving for six months. Disqualification obligatory due to repeat offending.

Drove a grey Fiat 500 in Park Avenue, Potters Bar, on May 6 while over the drink drive limit.
