Joseph Hoy: 26, of Mendlesham, WGC.

Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from prison.

Hoy failed to attend supervision appointments on September 20 and 25, as well as January 11.

He must carry out 20 hours’ unpaid work before the end of his supervision period.

Jordan Ricketts: 21, Wayside, Potters Bar.

Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order.

He failed to attend unpaid work on May 13 and May 20.

The original community order was revoked. A new one made.

Ricketts must now do 160 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.

Daniel Barnes: 38, of St Albans Road, South Mimms.

Drove a Ford Focus in St Albans Road while over the drink drive limit on February 25.

Barnes had 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs. Banned from driving for 15 months.

Louis Byrne: 64, of Poplars, WGC.

Wilfully obstructed a PC in the execution of his duty in WGC on February 25.

Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

Ordered to pay victim services £20 and £40 court costs.

Keith Grace: 36, of Old Rectory Drive, Hatfield.

Possession of a small wrap of cannabis in Hatfield on January 7. Fined £100.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Stephanie Peters: 33, of St Albans Road, South Mimms.

In charge of a motor vehicle while over the drink drive limit on February 25 in South Mimms.

Peters had 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Fined £167. Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Ten penalty points issued.

David McNamara: 49, of Chace Avenue, Potters Bar.

Failed without reasonable exuse to comply with the requirements of a community order.

He failed to attend appointments on December 13 and January 19. Fined £60.

Kevin Zaremba: 24, of Onslow Close, Hatfield.

Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order.

Failed to attend appointments on July 25 and August 1.

Fined £40.

Ordered to pay costs of £60.

Maxine Burgon: 48, of Merrifield Court, WGC.

Drove a Peugeot 204 in Stevenage on September 22 at 47mph when the limit was 40mph.

Fined £83.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and costs of £85.

Three penalty points issued.

Terrence Chigodo: 26, of Aldykes, Hatfield.

Drove a Vauxhall Astra in Stanstead Abbotts on September 27 at 61mph when the limit was 50mph.

Fined £220.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and costs of £85.

Three penalty points issued.

Che Day: 41, of Wellesley Crescent, Potters Bar.

Drove a Ford Mondeo in Potters Bar at 41mph when the limit was 30mph on September 24.

Fined £70.

Ordered to pay victim services £30.

Three penalty points issued.

Melita Mawaka: 61, of Lake View, Potters Bar.

Between November 28 and December 25 failed to give information relating to the driver of a Ford Fiesta who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Fined £660.

Ordered to pay victim services £66 and costs of £85. Six penalty points issued.

Wayne Smith: 31, of Medaow Dell, Hatfield.

Used an Iveco in Hatfield on September 19 when there was

no insurance for that vehicle

and without the appropriate licence.

Not every stop lamp was in working order and one of the tyres’ tread was worn down below the legal limit.

Fined £1,540.

Ordered to pay victim services £100 and costs of £170.

Nine penalty points issued.

Luke Barker: 44, of Roe Green Centre, Hatfield.

Used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards two people to cause them to believe that violence would be used against them or violence would be provoked.

The offence was committed at The Green, WGC on February 20.

A second offence of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour on February 20 in WGC.

Fined £200 for the first offence and £80 for the second.

Ordered to pay £30 to victim services and £45 court costs.
