Fitness fans will be a spectacular sight as they are put through their paces by their instructor in a special luminous charity anniversary session.

Professional instructor Vicki Lewis, who lives in Robbery Bottom Lane, Welwyn, has been running popular evening sessions at Kimpton Primary School for six years.

On April 25, to mark the anniversary, she will adopt a glow-in-the dark theme, with neon headbands, disco lights, a darkened room, neon sticks, and neon face paint.

She told the Welwyn Hatfield Times: “It is going to be really fun. Everybody will be wearing neon. I will even have non-alcoholic shots in neon glasses, and there will be 90s club music.

“Everybody is welcome, whatever your level of fitness.”

Vicky, 41, will donate all profits to the National Autistic Society, as she has a friend whose son has the condition.

The hour-long event will start at 7pm, with a minimum donation of £5.
