Application has been made on 24th September 2018 by Fouad Fayad to the Licensing authority of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for Fat Jacks, 15-17 Little Ridge, Welwyn Garden City, Herts AL7 2BH

Late night refreshment, all above entertainment or facilities may take place between the following hours: 23.00-03.00 hours seven days a week. The opening times for the premises will be 11.00-3.00 each day. The premises are home delivery of hot food. 
Full details of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Office of Welwyn Hatfield Council, the campus, Welwyn Garden City, Herts, AL8 6AE. Interested Parties or responsible authorities can make written representation within 28 days of the date of this application. 
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licensing application, the maximum fine for which is £5,000.
