A teenager has admitted having of 15 bags of cannabis in Hatfield.

Liam Cutmore, 18, appeared at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on April 10.

He admitted possession of 15 bags of cannabis in Hatfield on January 13, using a car without insurance and without a licence.

Cutmore was caught using a VW Polo in Drovers Way, Hatfield.

He was given a community order and must carry out 50 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.

This work will be supervised by the responsible officer.

The youth, of The Fairway, Enfield, must pay victim services £85 and £85 court costs.

He has been banned from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.
