Gave police a sample which revealed cocaine may be present in his body, but failed to attend an assessment as to whether he had a propensity to misuse a Class A drug or was dependent upon a Class A drug on November 27.

Failed without good cause to provide a non-intimate sample at Hatfield Police Station on November 28.

Stole packs of meat from Marks and Spencer worth £54.80 in WGC on January 20.

Together with another, stole meat worth £57.99 from Co-op in WGC on November 11.
