A WHOPPING turnout of voters has been recorded in the Hertfordshire County Council poll. Almost half of all those eligible to vote did. The Welwyn & Hatfield Times reporting live from the count has learned the county council turnout for yesterday's vote
A WHOPPING turnout of voters has been recorded in the Hertfordshire County Council poll.
Almost half of all those eligible to vote did.
The Welwyn & Hatfield Times reporting live from the count has learned the county council turnout for yesterday's vote was 46 per cent in two divisions.
The range across Welwyn Hatfield was 32 to 46 per cent.

The result indicates that voters are keen for the government to hold a general election.
The turnout for the European election was also high at 39 per cent.
