A THUG smashed the windows of two cars before stealing two laptops, within minutes of each other, in the car park of Tesco, Oldings, Hatfield, last Thursday (April 29) at around 5pm.
One laptop was stolen from a blue Honda Accord and the other from a white VW Golf saloon.
The thief, who was wearing a grey hooded jumper, then got into a vehicle and sped off.
A police spokeswoman told the Welwyn Hatfield Times: “It is believed the incident was witnessed by at least one person. Officers are keen for this person to make contact or to speak with anyone who believes they witnessed the incident.”
