As the parking attendant was slapping a ticket on the van driver's vehicle, the man, who is described as white, came out with a knife and slashed three of the warden's tyres.
If anyone saw the incident or the man, who is wanted for criminal damage and harassment after he verbally abused the attendant, or has any further information call 0845 3300 222.
