A TEMPORARY one-way system is to be introduced in a village which has been crippled following a pub blaze.
The Wellington in Welwyn High Street has been closed since the fire, on June 23.
Since then, traders and residents have been affected by the closure of Codicote Road, due to the erection of scaffolding around the 14th century venue.
