MURDER victim Angela Hoyt had reported ex-partner Martin Collett to police for harassment, days before she was found dead.
"Angela had an infectious smile, it lit up the room."
Hertfordshire Police’s response to her concerns are now subject to an Independent Police Complaints Commission investigation.
Commissioner Sarah Green said: “The IPCC is independently investigating Hertfordshire Police’s response to a report of harassment made at Hatfield Police Station on the afternoon of 20 May 2011.
“The woman who made the allegation, Angela Hoyt, was subsequently murdered.”
