Iain Fullarton, who plays second row for Saracens, visited the pupils at Cranborne Primary School in Potters Bar as part of its aim to encourage youngsters to get healthy.

In a bid to achieve Healthy School status, pupils have been doing activities such as sport and cooking.

And meeting the Scottish international, who weighs in at 17st 2lbs, was "one of the best bits", according to Drew Daniel Smith, who is 10 and is in year six.

He said: "We have been doing loads of fun and healthy things.

"One day we did a rap about healthy food which was really fun.

"I like doing all the different healthy things, its great."

Iain, who has eight international caps to his name, was also at the school as part of the Saracens Foundation, a registered charity aimed at enhancing the lives of young people through sport.
