A dog grooming salon and boutique in Potters Bar High Street held a grand opening after a complete re-brand.
Fetch Groomers, at 133 High Street, offered champagne and Swarovski crystal merchandise to guests at their opening.
Lucky pets will receive free paw treatment if their owners book an appointment on opening day.
The salon was previously GroomArts, and has been owned by Laura Campanella since 2005. Laura, who is Italian, opened her first pet grooming salon in Rome in 1995.
Laura also started an education and training academy for dog grooming, which is based in London Colney.
Stephanie Warner, who works in sales and marketing at the academy, said: “There will be Swaorvski crystal collars, leads and belts on display.
“Potential new customers can meet the team there. We have new staff and it’s a chance to ask questions and for staff to offer advice.”
There will be two full-time members of staff at the salon and one part-time staff member.
Stephanie said: “It’s just updating everything really. We’re moving with the market, and our understanding of what customers are looking for.
“We want to add to the service and give them more, making the brand more on trend.”
The salon offers washing, blow drying and haircuts, as well as nail cutting and filing, flea treatment, paw and nose treatment, de-matting and more.
Claw cutting, washing, cutting and blow drying is also available for cats.
