IT'S official - 83,200 new homes earmarked for Hertfordshire have been wiped from the drawing board, by order of a judge
Hertfordshire County Council has this week received a legal order from the High Court, confirming its successful challenge to the East of England Plan.
The order also states that 80 per cent of the council's legal costs will be repaid.
