That's the warning issued by Hertfordshire Constabulary after reports of a scam email in circulation.
The message purports to come from HM Revenue & Customs claiming that recipients are due a tax refund.
It asks the recipient fill in an attached form which requests in-depth personal and bank details, including the security code on the back of their bank and credit cards.
Sgt Nat Landau warned such emails were a scam.
He said: "The very stark message is NEVER divulge this sort of information to any kind of unsolicited source unless you are very confident you know who you are talking to.
"If you receive any kind of communication like this, delete it immediately from your inbox or throw it in the bin.
