On October 24 in Stevenage, failed to give information relating to the driver of a Vauxhall who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Banned from driving for six months.

Alexandru Teodorescu: 23, of Manor Close, Hatfield.

Used a Mini in Hatfield on October 15 without insurance or a licence.

Fined £330.

Banned from driving for eight months.

Jamie Behagg: 27, of Hitherway, WGC.

On May 27, breached a domestic violence protection order in that he attended a family party that another individual was at and they spoke.

Fined £100.

Martin Winter: 45, of Wellfield Road, Hatfield.

Three assaults in Hatfield on August 29 last year.

Community order made.

Winter must take part in up to 20 days’ activity.

He must also carry out 100 hours of unpaid work.

Ordered to pay victim services £85 and £500 court costs.

Richard Glazer: 56, of Heathfield Close, Potters Bar.

Drove a large goods vehicle, namely a BMW 5 Series, on the A1000 Barnet Road at 40mph when the limit was 30mph.

Fined £150.

Mariusz Patyna: 43, of Bishops Rise, Hatfield.

Assault by beating a female in Hatfield on January 6.

Travelled on a train in the Potters Bar area without having paid the £10.10 fare with intent to avoid payment on January 11.

Matt Yarwood: 47, of Lemsford Road, Hatfield.

Travelled on a train without having paid the £6 fare with intent to avoid payment in Stevenage on January 15.

Richard Pearson: 40, of Nursery Hill, WGC.

Drove a BMW in St Albans exceeding the 30mph speed limit on August 26.

Gareth Wright: 38, of Howlands House, WGC.

Together with a female, stole children’s clothes and food items worth £160.95 from Marks and Spencer in WGC on May 30.

While in police detention, failed to provide a non-intimate sample on May 30.

Wright must take part in 15 days’ activity.

Parvinder Nagra: 45, of Goldings House, Hatfield.

Drove a red Citroen Picasso in Birchall Lane, WGC, on April 1 while over the drink drive limit.

Nagra had 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Fined £120.

Ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 court costs.

Banned from driving for 18 months.

James Stenhouse: 29, of Hazelgrove, Hatfield.

Stole a laptop and bag worth £1,000 on March 23.

Failed to turn up at court on June 18.

Fined £1,346.

Ordered to pay compensation of £1,000.

Fined £50 for failing to turn up at court.

Shimataver Waya: 31, of School Lane, Welwyn.

Failed to give a blood sample on May 18 at Hatfield Police Station.

Drove a grey Ford Focus in Hemel Hempstead without a licence or insurance on May 18.

Failed to stop on the M1 when being required to do so by a constable in uniform.

Wilfully obstructed a police officer in the execution of his duty.

Community order made.

Waya must take part in a 19-day Think Skills Programme.

He must participate in 10 days’ activity and carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work.

He failed to attend the Building Better Relationships Programme on April 19.
