The nine-year-old male, currently residing at the South Mimms centre, is a friendly crossbreed who is looking for a new start in life.
A spokesman for the Packhorse Lane home told the Welwyn & Hatfield Times: "Smokey is now ready for a real home, one where he will be cared for with the love and security he so desperately craves."
