Shopkeepers and Hatfield tenants affected by the postponement are invited along at 7pm next Friday (16th May).

Welwyn Hatfield councillor for Hatfield Central, Colin Croft said that the get together will attempt to help calm "enraged" residents.

Cllr Croft said: "We are looking to get a full venue to find out what is going on.

"Some people are incensed by this and can't understand why we would have to find out about this off on our own.

"I for one am completely hopping mad.
