Hatfield teen attack prompts police appeal

A TEENAGER was punched in the face in an attack in Hatfield.

Police say the 16-year-old victim was sitting on a swing using his mobile phone in Ellenbrook Park, off Walker Grove, when the attack happened last Monday.

It happened at around 7.15pm.

The youngster was punched in the face after he was approached by three men, who ran off toward Cunningham Avenue.

All three suspects are described as white, all aged between 18 and 20.

The trio were all between 5ft10ins and 6ft tall.
