UNDERGRADUATES at the University of Hertfordshire have not received their student loans.
A third of the Hatfield students have not been given any funding.
Technical problems and late applicants have been blamed by the Student Loans Company (SLC) as the reason for the delay (it's over a week and a half since most uni courses started), which has hit students across the country with 175,000 affected.
