Zang Baodong, 26, of Parkhouse Court, has been charged with converting criminal property under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and two offences of possessing goods with false trade marks for sale or hire.
Zheng Ying, 26, of the same address, has also been charged with converting criminal property under the Proceeds of Crime Act (2002) and one offence of possessing goods with false trade marks for sale or hire.
Both will appear at Central Herts Magistrates' Court later this month.
