THE body of man found at a home in Hatfield has been formally identified as Peter McConnell.
A post mortem on the 43-year-old from Hatfield will be carried out this afternoon (Friday).
Officers discovered the body in a garden in Fern Dells, the home of Richard Clare.
Clare, 37, was charged with Mr McConnell’s murder and remanded in custody until July.
