The anniversary of the end of World War One was remembered with an emotional ceremony in Hatfield today.
A ceremony at the Hatfield House war cemetery was held on the 98th anniversary of the armistice that brought the calamitous conflict to an end in 1918.
Town councillor Phil Knott said: “It was a very emotional day. It was well attended, and the air cadets did a terrific job.”
Remembrance Sunday will also be marked in Hatfield with a ceremony and parade at the war memorial in Great North Road.
