A HATFIELD man has been charged with escaping from HM Prison Sudbury, Derbyshire, on March 30.
Shane Marvin Anderson, formerly of Lemsford Road, was arrested by Hertfordshire police on Saturday.
The 26-year-old appeared at Central Herts Magistrates' Court in St Albans on Monday, charged with escaping from legal custody.
