THE Government is considering appealing a High Court decision to throw out plans to build more than 10,000 homes in Welwyn Hatfield.
As previously reported on www.whtimes24.co.uk, the proposals, part of the Government's East of England Plan for development up to 2021, were labelled as "flawed" by Mr Justice Mitting.
However, a spokeswoman for the Department of Communities and Local Government has since said an appeal against his ruling is a possibility.
"We are disappointed with this judgement and are currently considering whether to appeal," she said.
