The parade starts at 12.30pm outside Canada Life, off High Street, and ends up at Elm Court youth and community centre at around 1.45pm.
After the parade, the carnival will feature performances from Oakmere School Dancers, Hertstoppers Cheerleaders, the Bluesmobile Group and the Glen Trew Pipe Band.
The Hertfordshire Showband will be performing the routine they will be taking to the World Showband Championships in Holland next month.

Other attractions include karate demonstrations, a fun fair, pony rides, and food, drink and craft stalls.
