Pupils from a Hatfield school donated gifts to be given to other children who will be less fortunate this Christmas.
During the harvest period, Oak View Primary School held a toy collection campaign as part of the Salvation Army’s Christmas Present Appeal.
The pupils brought in a selection of new gifts to be given to other children who would otherwise not have received gifts at Christmas.
Year 1 teacher Laura McKenna, said: “Oak View Primary School was overwhelmed by the generosity of its pupils and we are delighted that the gifts will be distributed within the local community.
“A huge thank you to everyone who has contributed to this appeal.”
