IMPRESSIVE GCSE results are on the up at Stanbourough School in WGC.
This year 64 per cent of students gained five A*-C grades - an increase of 10 per cent over the last two years.
Peter Brown, headteacher of the Lemsford Lane school, said the high level of achievement is a tribute to the hard work of students, teachers, and to the patience and support of parents.
Mr Brown added: "We are absolutely delighted with another year of exceptional achievement at Stanborough.
"As a Specialist College for ICT and Mathematics, we were particularly pleased with the high grades achieved in these subjects, including 100 per cent A*-C in ICT."
