THE headteacher of Dame Alice Owen's School in Potters Bar has praised his students after another top-notch year of GCSE results.
A massive 95 per cent of pupils in the Dugdale Hill Lane school achieved a grade A* to C.
Head Dr Alan Davison said he was delighted with this year's record examination results.
He said: "We are ecstatic with our outstanding results.
"It's a great reflection of the hard work of students, staff and parents and there are a lot of happy faces around school today."
Deputy headteacher Bob Pepper added: "We are thrilled our students have achieved record results again this year at GCSE.
