THE sun was out and the atmosphere electric at this year's fun day at Welwyn Rugby Club.
Hundreds of people turned up to the annual family event at the club's ground in Hobbs Way, WGC, on Saturday .
There was something for everyone to get involved in and have a great time, including bouncy castles, Saracens Sensations cheerleaders, tag rugby, funfair rides and African drumming.
A DJ was also on hand.
Rugby club chairman Bob Swindell told the Welwyn & Hatfield Times that hundreds of people, young and old, had a terrific time at the event.
He added: "The day was very successful.
"The sun was out and everybody enjoyed themselves.
