Fans of the American TV sit-com Friends have been decending on Knebworth Park this week.

Described by organisers as “the ultimate Friends experience” FriendFest’s highlights include the chance to step inside recreations of some of the sets from the show.

The festival has been touring the country and stops at Knebworth Park until Sunday before going on to its final destination Blenheim Palace.

The event features a host off attractions fans of the iconic American sit-com can enjoy, including the chance to wander around Monica and Rachel’s apartment.

They could also grab a drink at the Central Perk, a bite to eat in Monica’s Moon Dance Diner or go back in time to the gang’s high school days with a Silent Disco.

The Friendes roadshow is being staged jointly by Comedy Central UK and The Luna Cinema.

Jill Offman, MD of Comedy Central UK, said: “Friends remains one of Comedy Central’s most popular shows, with over 5.5 million people tuning in to watch it each month.

“Last year FriendsFest was an overwhelming success, with a quarter of a million fans applying for 5000 tickets. Thousands of fans have been contacting us all year begging us to bring FriendsFest back, so teaming up with The Luna Cinema felt like the perfect way to bring the event to even more fans and make it even bigger than before.”
