Free calendars for University of Hertfordshire freshers
FREE calendars are being handed out this week to new students at the University of Hertfordshire, in a bid to keep them safe. This is the third year Welwyn Hatfield Community Safety Partnership (CSP) has produced the practical guides for freshers.

This is the third year Welwyn Hatfield Community Safety Partnership (CSP) has produced the practical guides for freshers.
Each month depicts a different warning with a cartoon designed by a former Hatfield student.
Drinking sensibly and getting home safely at night are just two of the tips pictured.

Borough councillor Clare Berry, chairman of the CSP, said: "The calendars continue to be well received and it's great to be able to get important tips and messages out there to new students about practical issues that may be completely new, but which they'll encounter on a regular basis.
