SHOPPERS in Hatfield tomorrow (Saturday) will be able to find out their Body Mass Index (BMI) while raising funds for charity.

The All About W8 roadshow rolls into the Galleria, Hatfield from 10am to 6pm, offering residents a free, no obligation BMI check, to inspire those wanting to shed a few pounds.

For every person that partakes the All About W8 programme, which involves having nutritionally balanced Mealpaks, combined with low GI, low carbohydrate healthy food selection list to give speedy healthy weight loss, will donate 1 to Isabel Hospice

Jane David from All About W8 said: “We are delighted to be raising funds for Isabel Hospice and the more people that come along and get a free BMI check, the more cash we’ll raise.

“I’d urge anyone that is planning a shopping trip to The Galleria this weekend to come along and see us on the stand and help us to raise as much money as possible for this fantastic cause.”

BMI measures a person’s weight in relation to their height and gender, thereby assessing whether their weight is healthy or could pose a risk to their health.

As well as help, advice and finding out if they have a healthy BMI, shoppers will be able meet other slimmers on the programme who will share their diet success stories.
