Fourth verdict returned in headless traveller murder

THE fourth defendant in the John Finney trial has been not guilty of his murder. Gary Mark Lattimore, 40, of Little Heath Road, Bexleyheath, has been acquitted of having a part in the Northaw traveller s death. He was also cleared of a charge of assisting
THE fourth defendant in the John Finney trial has been not guilty of his murder.
Gary Mark Lattimore, 40, of Little Heath Road, Bexleyheath, has been acquitted of having a part in the Northaw traveller's death.
He was also cleared of a charge of assisting an offender.
The jury of six men and six women at St Albans Crown Court earlier found father and son Norman and Joseph Jones guilty of killing Mr Finney.
