Four men were arrested in an early morning swoop in Potters Bar today (Wednesday).
The men were held in connection with an alleged theft in Abbotts Langley.
A spokeswoman for Hertfordshire Constabulary said: “Police were called at around 7.50am today (April 29), following an alleged theft of cigarettes from a delivery lorry in Abbots Langley.”
Four men were arrested in Mutton Lane, Potters Bar, a short while later, in connection with the theft and are currently in police custody.
Investigations are ongoing.
