A police car was involved in a three-vehicle crash in Hatfield (February 2)

Four men have been released on bail following a three-car crash involving a police car in Hatfield.

The crash happened in St Albans Road East on February 2.

Four men were arrested following a search of a vehicle, where items suspected to be Class B drugs and knives were found.

An 18-year-old man from Barnet was arrested on suspicion of failing to stop, dangerous driving, possession of criminal property, possession of a controlled drug with the intent to supply and possession of an offensive weapon. He has been released on police bail until March 26.

A 21-year-old man from Barnet was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug with the intent to supply and possession of an offensive weapon. He has been released on police bail until March 26.

A 20-year-old man from Potters Bar was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug with the intent to supply and possession of an offensive weapon. He has been released on police bail until March 26.

A 21-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug and possession of an offensive weapon. He has been released on police bail until March 26.
