A STOLEN forklift truck was dumped in a WGC field this week.
Herts police received several phone calls over the weekend reporting sightings of the truck that was abandoned on a cycle path by the Lagoon, near the Mundells Roundabout in WGC.
A spokeswoman for the constabulary said it was taken between October 10 and 11, from a commercial property on Brownfields.
The owner of the vehicle is now arranging for it to be returned.
