FLOODING in the Potters Bar area has caused a signalling problem, which is disrupting train services on all routes into Finsbury Park this morning (Tuesday).

First Capital Connect, the rail operator, has announced that an emergency timetable will operate on the Great Northern route with a reduced number of train services in operation.

Delays are expected to be at least 30 minutes.

Trains are serving all stations with the exception of Watton at Stone, where a rail replacement bus service will run between Stevenage, Watton at Stone and Hertford North.

This is expected to last for most of the morning, before a normal timetable service can be resumed.
