Firefighters free trapped toddler in Welwyn Garden City

A toddler had to be freed from a car by firefighters in Welwyn Garden City.

The drama unfolded this morning (Wednesday), at just after 10am, in Salisbury Road.

The trapped child was freed around 45 minutes later.

Herts Fire Control (@HertsFRSControl) tweeted: “Crew from WGC successfully released a 14 month old child who had become locked in a car in Salisbury Road area”
