FIRE crews tackled a blaze in Welwyn Garden City.
Police officers have also attended the scene at the junction of Bridge Road and Bessemer Road, shortly after 3.30pm.
A Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue spokeswoman said: “The fire has been logged as doubtful.
“The fire was set deliberately, but it got out of hand.
“Fire crews used a hose reel to put out the fire.”
