Fat Face is coming to the Howard Centre in Welwyn Garden City


Fat Face has been given a 10-year lease for new premises in the Howard Centre, Welwyn Garden City.

Global real estate investment manager LaSalle has agreed the lease on behalf of a client with Fat Face for 4,700 square feet of retail space in the Howard Centre.

The Howard Centre provides 240,000 square feet of retail space with 58 units all under one roof. There are around eight million visitors to the Centre per year, and there is direct access to the railway station and close proximity to the bus station.

John Goacher,the asset manager for LaSalle Investment Management, said: “Fat Face is an excellent addition to the Howard Centre.

“The brand will add a new dimension to our fashion offering, complementing the recent lettings to H&M, Roman Originals and the extended Next store.

“We have significantly reconfigured units at the Howard Centre to attract new brands that will appeal to the local demographic and look forward to announcing further new brands soon.”
