The University of Hertfordshire has been shortlisted for two top educational awards.
The Hatfield-based institute has been nominated in the Entrepreneurial University of the Year and Outstanding Contribution to Leadership Categories at the Times Higher Education awards, which recognises the achievements of higher education institutions in the UK.
The university will go head to head with five other universities in each category, and the winners will be announced in London on November 25.
Professor Tim Wilson, the University of Hertfordshire’s vice-chancellor, said: “It is a privilege for the university to be acknowledged in this way.
“This recognition is a result of the sheer commitment and contribution made by all staff at the University and their continuous efforts in making the University a success.”
