IT’S the moment of truth for thousands of students today (Thursday) as they pick up their A-level exam results.
The ex-sixth-formers will be heading back to their schools and colleagues this morning, after an anxious summer waiting for their grades.
For many, university places will be at stake – and for those whose grades aren’t quite what they had hoped for, the frantic clearing process to negotiate.
